We view our tenants as partners. Concerto Partners takes the time to learn businesses from the inside out. We are obsessive about making every new location a success for them on an operational level—if the business is healthy, the real estate is healthy.
To achieve this goal, we look for properties with a focus on the tenant’s needs. We use our national relationships to identify, design, and develop properties that work best for our partners’ business model and customer. Our approach is to take the arduous real estate functions off our partners’ hands, while allowing them to do what they do best: grow their business and focus on their operations, product, and people.
What We Do
We offer a true real estate solution to companies in a hyper-growth stage. Concerto Partners starts by hustling to find the unpolished real estate gems in local markets around the country that fit the business’ needs. Once diligence and land purchase is complete, we then proceed to work through designs and site work. Our construction and development teams efficiently build or redevelop to spec, and deliver the keys to a fully finished building ready to operate.
Experience
Concerto Partners was formed in 2020 through a serendipitous encounter between four real estate veterans with decades of experience in brokerage, investment, and development. The group identified an unmet need in retail real estate market that they were uniquely suited to fill. Since then, Concerto Partners has lived up to its name by working hand-in-hand with fast-growing middle market businesses to solve their growing pains and allow those companies to focus on what’s most important to them.
